Southwest Marine, Inc. accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cashier’s checks, money orders and bank wire transfers as payment for our products.

Prices quoted herein supersede all previous prices and are subject to change without notice, verbal or written.

All legal and collection fees related to past due amounts are the responsibility of the dealer/purchaser.

Core Exchange Policy and Procedure

Items listed as “Core First” require the core to be sent to us before work is began.

Southwest Marine, Inc.’s policy on core exchange is as follows:

• Five to ten days after the unit is shipped, Southwest Marine, Inc. will issue a pickup request for the core.  If the core is not ready for pickup within this time frame, Southwest Marine, Inc. should be notified as soon as possible so that another pickup request can be issued.

• If Southwest Marine, Inc. does not receive the core within thirty (30) days, an invoice will be issued for the core charge listed on the web and in the catalog. This balance will be due thirty (30) days from the date the invoice was issued.

• A check list for all core returns will be included in the shipment of the unit.  This checklist should be returned with the core and marked accordingly. All parts must be in the core regardless of condition. Missing parts will be charged at 50% of core value.

• All core shipping costs are included in the listed shipping and handling costs.

• $20 charge on all returned checks

• 15% restocking fee on returns
